Shipping
========

As of June 30, 2026, MIT has a new policy for shipping materials on behalf of MIT.
This includes sending reagents like plasmids or cells to collaborators. 

We are now required to do the following:

1. Complete the `Shipping Training <https://us.list-manage.com/x50viiGiYi6?e=3aa52f1b11&c2id=e3a0eacb0edf1dd8510d3cfd3e0194a2>`__
   on Atlas.
2. Use `eShipGlobal <https://us.list-manage.com/k6mf9RaMqB1?e=3aa52f1b11&c2id=e3a0eacb0edf1dd8510d3cfd3e0194a2>`__ for all shipments 
   involving **research materials** (e.g., biological samples, but *not* documents or items like mugs) and **all international** shipments.
