Shipping

As of June 30, 2026, MIT has a new policy for shipping materials on behalf of MIT. This includes sending reagents like plasmids or cells to collaborators.

We are now required to do the following:

  1. Complete the Shipping Training on Atlas.

  2. Use eShipGlobal for all shipments involving research materials (e.g., biological samples, but not documents or items like mugs) and all international shipments.
